What State Has The Best Enchilada Sauce?

Growing up in Texas, I have had my fair share of TexMex…but right next door, in New Mexico, you can get some pretty mind-blowing and authentic Mexican dishes!

My husband and I try to go to New Mexico a few times a year, and we love to try local food joints wherever we go.
