Hey, I’m Cassidyy! I am a wife, entrepreneur, and passionate home cook. I often think about cooking for every person on Earth, so I am glad you are one of the first at my virtual table. :)
This cookbook is a window into my world, showcasing a few of my favorite recipes that I have saved over the years.
Cooking has always been second nature to me, I remember, as a girl, cooking with my mom and it just 'clicked' from the very beginning.
In 2019, I started to make whole-food cooking a higher priority to unlock optimal health. I believe that cooking and health can’t be separated and that our ability to prepare our own food is a key to self-sovereignty in this realm.
As you delve into the pages, you'll see and hear more about my dedication to prioritizing animal proteins and eliminating seed oils as a part of my commitment to cooking and eating real foods.
At the point in history I write this, there is an obvious narrative starting to be pushed by the mainstream that promotes a life of dependency, weakness, and, ultimately, slavery.
I get very angry thinking about Kings and Queens like yourself being reduced to peasants and being encouraged to eat things like bugs and other nutrient-deficient food alternatives that will sabotage true potential and freedom.
But what do I know? I am just a person who cooks online for entertainment purposes, looking for friends. ;)
